What is covered
- Workmanship-related issues under normal residential use
- Installation issues caused by THC workmanship
- Project-specific warranty items listed in the approved agreement
What is not covered
- Misuse, impact damage, vehicle damage, or third-party alterations
- Major ground movement, tree root movement, irrigation leaks, or drainage changes caused by others
- Normal variation in stone/concrete materials, including color variation or efflorescence
