THC keeps pricing clear and offers options for clients who want to move forward with the right project scope.
Pay in Full
Clients who pay in full may receive priority scheduling, locked material pricing, fastest available project start window, and the best available discount up to 5%.
Standard Deposit
A 50% deposit reserves the project schedule and begins material ordering. The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion.
Financing
Financing is available for qualified clients through the selected financing provider. Financed projects are treated as approved once financing is confirmed.
